Hi, I'm Helen
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in South Oxfordshire, working with clients in person and online.
I trained at the award winning Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis, and am a registered member of the APHP and NRPC, BSc(hons) and AACP.
As a physiotherapist for over 20 years, I have a natural affinity for caring and helping people positively restore and to achieve their goals. My experience gives me specialist interest in how closely our mind and body are connected, and I use hypnotherapy for my clients to bring harmony to both.
